1.Introduction:
Hemi-Cellulase fermentum submersum producit ex reesei Trichoderma et post purificationem, formulationem et siccationem. Productum in coquendo adhibitum est ad emendandas massas pertractationes et proprietates sensitivas necnon volumen productivum productorum cocti, componendo hemicellulosum componentium farinae.
2.Mechanism:
Hemicellulosum globus heterogenous polysaccharides ex hexosis, pentosis earumque derivatis constat. Productum hemicellulosum polymerorum in farinam praesentem degradare potest ut oligomers et caudices aedificiorum efficiat, quae ad meliores massas tractandas proprietates, fermentum fermentatum, productum volumen, proprietates sensibiles et textura offa.
Dosis
Panis coquens: Commendatur dosis 10-20g per ton farinae. Dosis optimized est in unaquaque applicatione, materialium specificationum rudis, expectationem productam et parametri processus. Melius est tentationem inchoare cum opportuno volumine.
